Due to the nature of personal beauty care products such as our tallow skin care products, we have established the following refund policy.

  1. Damaged Packaging:
    • In the unlikely event that the packaging of your product is damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at lineagecosmetics@yahoo.com.

    • Provide your order details, including the order number and a description or photos of the damaged packaging.

    • Our customer support team will assess the situation and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

  2. Hygiene Considerations:
    • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personal tallow skin care products once they have been opened or used.

    • This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.

  3. Quality Assurance:
    • Lineage Natual Cosmetics takes great care to ensure the quality of our tallow skin care products.

    • If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please reach out to us on our contact page before making a purchase and we’d be happy to answer any questions to the best of our ability.​

  4. Refund Processing Time:
    • If a refund is approved for a damaged packaging scenario, we will process the refund within 10 days, upon receiving the returned product.

    • Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  5. Changes to the Refund Policy:
    • Lineage Natural Cosmetics reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.

    • Any changes will be communicated through our website or by direct notification to customers who have pending refund requests.
